Moving in and moving out times

Moving in
Monday         August 13,  7 AM - 8 PM
Tuesday       August 14,  7 AM - Midnight
Wednesday August 15,  7 AM - 4 PM (in your stand until midnight)

Work with the exhibition stands may only be carried out until 4 PM on the night before the opening of the exhibition. This is also the deadline for moving heavy merchandise by pallet trucks etc. Final adjustments may be carried out until midnight without extra permission, but only within the designated areas of the exhibition stands and all merchandise must be cleared from aisles. If you exceed the moving in times you will be charged an hourly fee of SEK 240.
The Main- and East Entrances may not be used for moving in or out.

Moving out
Sunday August 19,     5 PM - midnight
Monday August 20,     7 AM - 4 PM 

The dismantling process may commence immediately after the closing time of the exhibition and until midnight on the first night of moving out, but will be restricted to the designated exhibition stands until aisle carpets have been removed and stored merchandise is properly in place. Subsequently, exhibitors' vehicles are allowed into the exhibition area. Removal of left merchandise and litter will be charged to the exhibitors. For work carried out outside of official moving out hours, exhibitors will be charged an hourly fee of SEK 240.
The Main- and East Entrances may not be used for moving in or out. 

Increased moving in and/or moving out times
Earlier moving in or longer moving out times may be granted in exceptional case.
