Lit candles are only allowed for the purpose of displaying certain products in your stand (such as candles, candleholders etc).
Fire extinguisher package
The Head of Safety at Stockholm International Fairs makes an estimate on site for how many candles you are allowed to have lit. As an exhibitor, you are responsible for having a valid insurance to cover damages caused by a possible fire.
Exhibitors at Formex are offered a fire extinguisher package, including a fire extinguisher and permit, at a cost of SEK 760.
