This year's theme is THINGS WE LOVE

We love things that can be touched. Things that are beautiful, ugly, useful, unusable, new, old and durable. But we also love things that can’t be touched: experiences, inspiration, insights, knowledge, business – and meetings.

And this is what Formex is all about. Things we love that brighten, renew, simplify and make our lives work. All this twice a year and in between.

Eclectic Maximalism

This season’s entrance square exhibition, Eclectic Maximalism, is a visual explosion by Maxjenny Forslund and Jan Rundgren – where fashion meets interior design and creativity is given space.

Formex Trends – The exhibition

The large trend exhibition is curated by Jan Rundgren who collects trend-setting products from our exhibitors that fit well into the trends for the coming season.

Formex Trends – The trendguide

Pick up this season’s trend guide on the spot! The printed guide will be placed around the fair – full of inspiration, color and ideas you can take home.

Design Talents

Design Talents is one of Formex’s most exciting features. In Hall A, there is an entire area dedicated to talented and unestablished designers from Sweden and internationally who want to showcase their design solutions to the industry.

Sustainability Stand

The Sustainability Exhibition has now expanded from 30 to 100 square meters. Here you will meet 20 exhibiting companies that want to be seen in a sustainable context in a separate area – the Sustainability Hub.

The concept is curated by the IMMA group, which works on sustainability issues in interior design, concepts, business models and communication.

Tapetgalleriet

Experience 150 meters of wallpaper magic. All along the A-hall, a colorful pattern bonanza spreads out when Sweden’s leading wallpaper brands gather in Tapetgalleriet – from Boråstapeter to Handtryckta Tapeter and Paintpart, which celebrates Mumin’s 80th anniversary.

Tapetlunden

The exhibition ends at the east entrance of Tapetlunden, where Handtryckta Tapeter, together with the Italian designer Benedetta Crippa, shows a unique pattern created exclusively for Formex. Here you can follow the entire process – from the first printing stage to the finished wallpaper – in a fabulous wallpaper forest filled with craftsmanship and creativity.
