Summary vistor and exhibitor survey

For a number of years, Formex has been following developments in the pattern of visitors at both the spring and the autumn show. The surveys have been used as means of developing and adapting the event to meet visitor and exhibitor expectations.

On behalf of Formex, Fairlink performs a series of interviews with visitors and exhibitors during the fair.

The purpose of the visitor survey is:
• To continuously follow up and monitor the audience composition and the audience's attitude to the fair
• To create a basis for product development, advertising, media selection, and sales pitch towards both visitors and exhibitors
• To measure the level of service at Stockholmsmässan's various service functions

The purpose of the exhibitor survey is:
• To evaluate the exhibitors' opinions about the fair
• To get at picture of the business effects that the participation at Formex has had for the exhibitors
• To continuously measure the range and quality of Stockholmsmässan's various service functions
